Search Google for Ron Livingston, the man of Office Space (and Sex and the City) fame, and you’ll find IMDB links for information on his acting career. You’ll also come across a Wikipedia page on the movie and TV star, with inaccurate details on his personal life. And that’s the problem.

Since May, Livingston has continually fallen victim to an anonymous Wikipedia detractor who continually edits the entry to read that the actor is in a gay relationship.

Livingston, who is married to Rosemarie DeWitt, calls the rumor that he is in a relationship with Lee Dennison “malicious,” and to make the behavior stop he’s filed a lawsuit. The suit, filed yesterday with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, seeks unspecified damages for libel, invasion of privacy, and for using his name and likeness without permission.

According to TMZ, “Ron believes the perp also created fake Facebook profiles for himself and Lee, and both pages claim the two are “In a relationship” with each other.”

Details of the suit are minimal, but given that the online detractor is anonymous, the case would likely require Wikipedia to reveal the poster’s identity to move forward. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Jersey Shore Creates Outrage

Many Italian-Americans are not flattered by the MTV show that follows the lives of self-proclaimed "guidos" and "guidettes."

MTV’s Jersey Shore, with its fist pumping, puking, partying, and primping, may have been funny to watch for some viewers, but some people aren’t laughing: including Domino’s.

The major pizza chain has decided to pull all of its commercials from future episodes, presumably because of the way Italian-Americans are portrayed.

“The content of this particular program is not right for Domino’s Pizza,” a representative told TMZ.

Even though the eight young people on the show agreed to be featured as they are, and wholeheartedly embrace their guido-ness, many viewers and organizations are outraged.

UNICO National, the largest Italian American Service Organization in the USA, was one of the offended parties.

“I suffered through all 120 minutes of that show and it was worse than I imagined,” a representative for the group told TMZ. The spokesperson continued, “Italian Americans are outraged and they are helping us reach out to sponsors to ask them to stop advertising with MTV until they agree to pull ‘Jersey Shore.’"

Prior to even airing the show, MTV was already fielding a barrage of assaults about the stereotypical nature of the program. On Tuesday, two days before the show’s premiere, they issued a statement explaining the intent of the program.

“‘Jersey Shore’ is a reality series that follows eight young adults spending their summer at the beach. The show continues MTV’s history of documents various subcultures, rites of passage of young people, and they ways they self identify.”

Billy Joel’s 23-year-old daughter was rushed to St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan today after allegedly ingesting a large number of sleeping pills in what police consider a suicide attempt, The Post has learned.
Medics were called to Alexa Ray Joel’s apartment at 19 Bethune St. apartment in the West Village at approximately 12:21 p.m. this afternoon, sources told The Post. The 911 call came from a roommate who reported that Joel had taken too many sleeping pills, sources said.
A prolific songwriter since her young teens, Alexa Joel is also a talented pianist and singer. She’s among several celebrities scheduled to appear in a tree-lighting ceremony at the New York Stock Exchange this Thursday. Sources say it appears Joel tried to commit suicide after taking unknown amount of pills. She recently broke up with her boyfriend.

Out for a night on the town, Lindsay Lohan was spotted making her way to a friend’s house early Saturday morning (December 5).

Although she covered her head with a jacket, the “Mean Girls” actress didn’t seem to mind the paparazzi attention as she headed into the West Hollywood home at about 3am.

Although he had been Rock Hudson's lover for several years, Marc Christian only learned the screen idol had contacted AIDS the same way the rest of he world did -- he saw it on the news. His own death was kept just as secret. Marc, who later reverted to using his full name, Marc Christian MacGinnis, died June 2, his sister has confirmed to the Los Angeles Times.

Christian and Hudson, 27 years his senior, became lovers in 1982 after meeting at a political fundraiser. Hudson kept his medical condition secret and the two continued to be intimate right up to Rock's ground-breaking announcement. Hudson died October 2, 1985.

Christian later successfully sued the Hudson estate and was awarded over $5 million with a judge ruling that the actor had shown "outrageous conduct" in putting Marc in a situation where he feared a "slow agonizing death."

Christian fortunately never did develop AIDS. He died from pulmonary problems caused by his heavy smoking, his sister told the L.A. Times.

Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon have always been relatively mum about their relationship but after rumors of a breakup hit the internet, Jake is hoping to clear up the rumors once and for all.

During a press conference in Beverly Hills for his upcoming movie Brothers, Jake referred to his "girlfriend" Reese and how her and her kids have become the center of his life.

"I've learned so much from the kids in my life, and somehow they just become the center of your life and the way you look at things," he told Grazia Australia.

He added, "Obviously I exist in my girlfriend's world and my sister's world in a different way, but it's opened my heart and I feel much more grown up and want to be grown up as a result of it."

Unfortunately that's all he would say about his recent rumored breakup. "As I get more famous, there is less that is just mine so I hope you understand I want to protect that as much as I can," he explained.

"I understand the news cycle, I really do, but as we all know news cycles come and go and I don't have to comment on them."

We're just glad to hear from the horse’s mouth that these two are still together, they make such an amazing couple, it would be a shame if it didn't work.

Inching his way out of the closet?

Adam Lambert recently spent some time in the studio with the one and only Lady Gaga and the experience was so amazing he literally can't stop gushing about her!

"Gaga! Working in the studio with Gaga was a trip," Lambert told MTV News about their collaboration.

"The Haus of Gaga came in at the end to say hi. She was just there. We were working with her and Jeff Bhasker and we recorded the song, and she egged me on and it was crazy."

When asked if he would love to join her on tour, he added, "If she'd have me, yeah, she's amazing," Adam said. "I have no clue [when that would happen]. I have not heard anything about that. I think she's going off solo right now. I think she's pretty amazing. I want to be at her show."

Personal Message from Chaske Spencer Setting the Record Straight

To all the wonderful, incredibly loyal fans:

For those of you that read that I was in rehab, I wanted to make sure you heard the truth from me directly. Yes it is true, that I was in rehab, however it was over 19 months ago, long before NEW MOON was even on my radar. It was a pivotal time in my life where I was lucky enough to have supportive friends and family to help me get healthy. I am grateful that I have been clean and sober now for 19 months and cannot imagine my life if I had continued using drugs and alcohol. Almost everything else that was written about this is blatantly false and we are exploring our legal options. That was my past, and I am thankful that I had the opportunity to create a new future for myself. I encourage anyone who is in a similar place to seek support from their friends and family and know that without them, I would not have had the chance to be where I am now.

I want to thank all of you for the support you have shown, and continue to show. I appreciate each and every one of you.
